en manipulaci\u00f3n de alimentos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Durante este mes, se llevaron a cabo dos capacitaciones oficiales en manipulaci\u00f3n de alimentos, en las que los participantes obtuvieron su <strong>carnet de manipulador<\/strong>, conforme al <strong>Art\u00edculo 21 de la Ley Nacional 18.284 (C\u00f3digo Alimentario Argentino)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Los encuentros se realizaron en:<br \/>\n\ud83d\udccd <strong>Sede de la CTA<\/strong>, ubicada en calle 18 y 149 (Berisso).<br \/>\n\ud83d\udccd <strong>Unidad incluyendo:<br \/>\n\u2714 <strong>Buenas Pr\u00e1cticas de Manufactura (BPM)<\/strong>.<br \/>\n\u2714 <strong>Prevenci\u00f3n de Enfermedades Transmitidas por Alimentos (ETAs)<\/strong>.<br \/>\n\u2714 <strong>Mayor empleabilidad y oportunidades laborales<\/strong> para los asistentes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Con estas acciones, se busca <strong>promover la seguridad
